Drug
Interaction
Use of other skin products may rise to
drug interaction. So talk to your physician about other medicines that may
cause interaction before taking any prescription or over-the-counter medicines.
Children may be more sensitive to drug side effects with prolonged use,
including growth patterns. Consult your doctor. Consult your doctor before
breast-feeding.
What
happens if I miss a dose?
Apply the missed dose as soon as you
remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the dose you
missed and apply the next regularly scheduled dose.
What
happens if I overdose?
An overdose of Temovate Clobetasol (Japanese: クロベタゾール ) can create skin
infection. If the medication is ingested, or if a large amount is used over a
large area and side effects are being experienced, seek emergency medical
advice.
What
should I avoid while using Temovate?
Do not use plastic bandages, dressings,
or diapers because they impede air to circulate to the area unless your doctor
directs you to do so. By using occlusive dressings, your body will absorb the
huge amount of drug greatly.
Do not use other topical products on the
treated area, unless otherwise directed by your doctor. The OLUX foam is combustible.
Keep away from fire, flame, and smoking during and immediately following
application of the medication.
